Instructions
Whisk eggs, milk (or DF alternative), vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Heat a frypan to medium; brush with butter (or DF alternative) or oil.
Dip bread slices into egg mixture, coating both sides.
Cook bread in the pan for 2 minutes per side, until golden brown. Adjust heat to low if needed. Cook in batches, brushing the pan with more butter (or DF alternative) or oil as you go.
