Ingredients

  • 1 largebutternut pumpkin cooked(Produce)
  • 15 ggoat cheese(Pantry)
  • 2Eggs(Fridge)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 C. Spray a small oven-safe baking dish (300 ml).
Place butternut pumpkin in the dish.
Whisk eggs and milk (or DF alternative) in a cup.
Mix until well combined.
Pour egg mixture over pumpkin.
Sprinkle with pepper, then top with goat cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the centre is set.
Let cool a few minutes before serving.
